Before you pay.
Are there any extra fees?
Just the small payment fee. Your card or bank may add a little when you pay, and that’s covered by you. There’s nothing else on top.
What if I need to cancel or move a lesson?
Message Hina at least 12 hours before it starts and it's free. With less than 12 hours' notice, or if you don't join, the lesson counts as taken.
What if Hina cancels?
If she cancels with less than 12 hours' notice, you get the lesson back plus 1 free lesson.
What if I want to stop?
Just don't book your next 14 days. Lessons you've paid for aren't refunded, so book only what you need.
What happens to lessons I don't use?
They expire at the end of your 14 days. A lesson Hina cancels or moves always carries over.
Do I pay for each lesson separately?
No. You pay once for all the lessons in your 14 days.
Will the price go up after I pay?
No. The lessons you've paid for keep the price you paid.
Can my brother or sister use my lessons?
No. Lessons are only for the student who paid for them.
